Return Process

- Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please ensure the package is shipped within 4 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, MBA BazaarWala will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact customer support for assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
